01400	The program first locates a vowel region, it then skips ahead a short
01500	distance, now set at 200 saamples, then it locates the 3 largest peaks
01600	in a 512 sample region and applies some simple tests to pick 2 of these
01700	peaks that appear to be a pitch period appart. An FFT is taken of this
01800	interval usinf FORM(1), then using PREPARE to locate the first three 
01900	formants. At present these are simply tabulated.
